Heading out into the paparazzi jungle, Amanda Bynes stepped out in New York City on Wednesday (July 10).

Toting along her tiny pooch, the troubled actress donned a disheveled ensemble with her wild blonde wig as she tried to make her way past the awaiting shutterbugs.

In related news, Miss Bynes is reportedly seeking treatment for anger issues in Los Angeles.

“Amanda isn’t crazy, she just has lots of anger issues and knows she needs help dealing with that,” an insider said about the 27-year-old. “She’s determined to pull it all together.”

As for her strange Twitter rants and wigs, another source told Fox News, “It’s all for attention. The wigs, the ‘ugly’ talk. She doesn’t take that seriously, but finds it amusing that everyone will write and talk about it so she keeps doing it.”
