Pink Avoids Potentially Deadly Fan
Being a celebrity usually means having a few stalkers, and one crazy Pink fan ended up getting arrested for trying to bring a bomb to her show.
The “So What” songstress played a gig in Melbourne, Australia yesterday (July 7) and a 16-year-old teenager threatened to bring explosives to the venue.
Still unidentified, the would-be assassin tweeted, “@Pink I’m ready with my Bomb. Time to blowup #RodLaverArena B*tch.” Thankfully, authorities recognized him from his Twitter photo and arrested him well before the show.
The culprit’s sister told press that everyone has her brother wrongly-pegged. “It was freezing cold, and he didn’t mean it like that. He wrote it as in one of her songs is called ‘Timebomb’ and he forgot to put the ‘Time’ on there. It wasn’t an issue that they had a bomb, it wasn’t a prank or anything like that. He told us he was referring to lyrics in a song and it was just a ‘check-in’ sort of thing.”
